Each order is sent to the shipping address on file when placing the order; please make sure this information is accurate. Any packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address (that was not communicated and confirmed in advance) will only be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. Packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded for the item price only.

For orders that have not been delivered, we must wait 21 days to file a claim. We will advise you if any action is required on your part to complete the insurance claim process. A refund for the lost order can not occur until the insurance payment is issued.
In 2019, the USPS changed how they calculate shipping.
Previously, shipping fees were based equally on the weight and size of the package as well as the zone the zone where the package will be delivered.
They now base the fees mainly on the size of the package and the space it will take up in their delivery vehicles. (called Dim Weight)
Because UPS and FedEx also use Dim Weight USPS was still the most cost effective option.
So, to help my customers with this increase, I have decided to only charge for a size down in package dimensions and upgrade all US packages from Parcel Select Ground to Priority Mail at no additional charge.

We ship to the address you supply and cannot be responsible for stolen packages. USPS insurance claims cannot be processed for this issue type. No refunds will be issued and we will have to recommend to reorder to an alternate address.

Please send us a message within 2 days with photos showing the damage to the item, which is necessary for the insurance claim. We will notify you if additional action is needed, which could include signing an online affidavit certifying the situation. Please note that a refund cannot be issued until claim is paid.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request the item(s) to be returned. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise using a shipping method that will provide a tracking number to verify the return. We will refund the cost of the item, less a 20% restocking fee within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt, in original condition with no damage. If an item is returned damaged, a refund will not be provided; because of this, we recommend purchasing insurance in case the item is damaged during shipping.
What size box do I need for my hat?
The rule of thumb is that a Hat Box should be 1-2 inches larger in diameter than the widest point of the brim of the hat. It should also be at least 1/2 inch taller than the highest point of the hat.
